Once again the KIT Race Prep training Day will be taking place at YOSC. The aim is to give tips for the actual race day itself. Topics to be covered: BTF Rules, Race Day Warm up, Swim, Bike, Run and Transition. It’ will be a mixture of talks, discussions and practical so you’ll need all your kit. More details to follow
