A coached track session for all abilities, great for increasing running speed and technique. £3 per session payable on the night.
A sociable and accessible group run session. Please wear hi-vis and wear/carry a head torch/torch.

Back by popular request the Clubs very own Fun Ride. Just a bit of fun so come along and join in. Same routes as previously (sorry), so 4 very scenic routes from 24miles to 75 miles so something for everyone. No costs, just rock up and enjoy the fun.
